Title: BTC to USD fees, what is the cheapest method?
Post by: Paladin69 on September 08, 2012, 06:28:57 PM
Sorry, bit of a newb here still...it sounds like mt. gox (0.6%) to Dwolla ($0.25) would be the most inexpensive in terms of fees.

Is there a cheaper method?  Sounds like this also takes a while, 'eh?

It's free if you send it in batches of 9.99. The only good method i found was bitfloor.com, but they just got hacked. If the are up and running again soon they are the best option. No fees.

What is the speed one can expect with these various services when you withdraw?  Sounds like Dwolla really takes their sweet ass time on their end?

If you setup ACH with bitfloor it takes 2-3 days.

If you're in the US it's just 0.25 USD to withdraw via ACH at BitMe (https://bitme.com).
