In terms of seed hashes, yes. But if you mean cheating by they know or they can manipulate the roll outcome i guess its not. You can verify the results using a site's roll verifier option

I don't see that how Dice sites can considered a scam. They make it very obvious to you that you might lose money unlike those HYIP. Dice sites don't try to trick you by going like "We guarantee  that you will win"

The amount that dice sites will win over the long run is n% of the amount bet with n being the house edge. If the dice sites has enough players all betting close to similar amounts then their profit will not deviate very much from n%.

Players will sometimes have some level of variance which will allow them to have better then expected luck and win

given the 1% house edge, its given that long term betting won't  be profitable given a perfect universe and a 49.5% win rate with the house edge, but as dooglus pointed out, denying the existence of winners is plain ridiculous. I myself am up around 0.2 on primedice, but theres plenty of people that are far more in the green.

Hey OP I understand your feelings :D I believe this post was just after you lost a considerable amount of money in a dice site and it happens. After you lose you immediately start to think that you were cheated but in reality it's not true.

I bet on sports and when I lose I usually think that the match was fixed and players were bought lol, it's human tendency.
