You seem to be in a rush to sell using a fear of loss tactic 0.9 today or 1.2 tomorrow, how many bans, any loans, quality posts, activity. These are all questions that need answering before you have any chance of a deal. If you can't provide the signed message then this account is worthless, even more so after the hack. If he's asking for people to send first then this is just a straight up scam but do you have proof? I'm not sure if Heros go for nearly a bitcoin any more either. Maybe if its got great posts or some feedback or something but if not I'd lower the price but nobody should buy this without escrow.
