Won't show proof of supposed sales of over 200 12+1m codes, refuses to link his ebay where he sells them (claiming that i might hack it or his paypal because it has his name in it). He also will not use paypal despite having an account.

( he saw my paypal transactions via skype shared screen , he knows my email related to account , if he would know also my real name then, if he has malicious intentions , he could possibly act as happened to THIS VERY SAME FORUM some weeks ago , speak with support of either paypal or ebay , say MY REAL DATA , and claim access to MY ACCOUNTS ). More over he also acted shady . few posts. few transaction here on the forum ( actually no sale just a trade involving a buy worth 4 usd). Claims to be a professional seller with more than 4000 feedbacks on ebay , but , the linked profile he sent on skype , has only 2000 feedbacks, and , all the sales he did , are older than 1 year and involves item of small value. so the story of the " huge volume seller " is shady for me . i am not prone to use paypal as fees are very high and being a virtual good chargeback risk is behind door . he didnt ask for an escrow ( maybe his arm too short to pay for the fees ? ) but as i state in first post im prone to use either escrow if paying by btc OR skrill (as skrill ACCEPTs , in response of chargeback , proof of delivery via email or screenshot of delivery)
