This Ticker is valuable to us and since the coin is cheap it allows fair distribution. We believe this is just as fair as mining since most people do not have large enough rigs/farms to compete with new coin launches. We are choosing to inform everyone that we are taking the coin over before we have everything complete because we want those who take the risk with us and go along for the ride they will be rewarded greatly. We understand that this is a huge risk and if you are not willing please wait until we release more updates. Now the Reason this name is important to us is because we are working with a Gift Card Company (Not USA based) that will be selling cards at a 10% discount vs Face value. We are working on the site to make process these transactions and plan to have it finished by the end of the week. Questions I am sure we will have so I want to try and post the answer here: Why do you not post your info? A) We have members from numerous countries including the USA. There is fear that these members could face legal action do to money transmitting issues. We believe we are in the Clear since this is a 3rd party service and we are not the ones buying or selling Gift cards. However until we have a firm answer from a lawyer on this our member wish to remain Anonymous. 10% is not worth our time using this coin. A) We understand that 10% is not the biggest discount however it gives us a solid foundation. We have been assured if we have a large user base we will end up seeing better rates in the future. Can we use these cards in multiple countries? And where can we use them? A) Unfortunately at this time, my understanding is these cards can only be used in the USA. They are also from a limited amount of stores for our trial. However we feel these are some of the main stores people would want anyway. They are: Amazon, Best Buy, Target, Itunes. Our 3rd party partner has assured us more can be added once we prove ourselves. As you Can see we do not have a designer on our team at this time. However the coins value is nowhere near there right now. I am not trying to make all of the old holders looking to dump a ton of money. This is putting in a base for current value. So you limit your exposure. If we move up in price under the new team I will move it up a bit. However that is not a feature of this coin. I am doing it right now hoping to start gaining interest and lessen the exposure for those who invest early. Just create a better clone. For instance you can do something like that; Let's say you premined 10 mil coins then it'll pure pos 10% yearly. 1 week signature campaign for 20% of coins. (All member levels can participate). Total Weight = All newbie posts* 0.1 + All Jr. posts *0.2 + All Member posts * 0.5 + all sr posts *1 + all hero posts * 1.5 + all (legend+staff) posts *2 Participant's weight = posts count * weight Participant gets = 2 mil * Participant's weight / Total weight coins. Then ico/ipo etc phase starts for 20% coins for 1 week. Then 10% percent coins will be distributed for "social media" sharing, tweeting, +1'in etc. (They all have different weight & follower count etc). Till now no one will get any coins. Those will be distributed when mining phase started. Also no exchange please till mining starts. Now there're 50% of coins left; Those will be mined by miners in 2 days etc. (because not only rig owners can mine but also people can rent rigs etc). After mining phase finished PoS will start.
