The forum has been moving slow in the last half an hour, its taking 5-10 secconds to open links and every few pages i go on i see that thing below, am i the only person this is happening to?

I'm still working on getting everything settled in. If it's still slow in a week then maybe better hardware will be needed.

Do what you have to do, and we wont mind any down time since the forum speed is very important

make sure you do not have a problem with the internet because im very smooth for accessing bitcointalk

Yeah, it's getting pretty sluggish for me atm. Browsing from Ontario, Canada.

I am also getting the 502 Bad Gateway error about half the time I try to load a new page.

Confirmed. My post was pushed even though the page didn't load.

Forum is slow because the hacker starts to steal accounts?

Forum is extremely slow and getting "502 Bad Gateway" on nearly every thread I loaded.

Indeed. To reply on a single thread I sometimes need to refresh 5-10 times.
Someone made a post asking if it was slow due to the hacker(s) stealing accounts, but it disappeared. This is a wrong assumption. Some of the reasons would be the hardware change, everybody logging in and changing everything at the same time.
I'd advise you to copy your own post (if it is longer) before clicking the post button. Sometimes you will lose what you wrote.

Me too! It is very frustrating when opening new page then suddenly showing up 502 Bad Gateway message. Hope you fix it soon!

Just got this 502 error when I first load the forum, but let's see if this post gets through. Seems like the forum isn't hosted on SSDs (?) as of this moment because of the sluggish response whenever I load every single thread. I won't mind another downtime since it's for the benefit of us all.

EDIT: I tried to do the quick edit thing with the small button on the right side, but it seems that it would take me forever to do so. Also, my post made it through, in just one try.

It seems to have improved over the last 5-10 minutes. Page loads are almost instant and not getting many 502 errors anymore.

Yes the forum is very slow. But compared to that we can't go to this forum for few days this is a lot of improvement then. Hope the forum can become normal soon.

I was about to create new thread that I'm still receiving (at least one action from five) "502 Bad Gateway" but obviously I'm not alone. good luck with solving this.

i dont know whats happend but seems like forum is working fine now, is as faster as always and im not getting 502 error anymore.

maybe is just a coincidence, dunno, or maybe theymos already fix it, but as i sayd now is working fine, "crossfingers" :P

Well yes, it's actually weird. Here's an example: When I've opened the second page of this thread I saw only your post. Then I had proceeded to refresh and another post magically appeared above yours?  :D
It was very slow like half a hour ago. Right not it seems to be operating quite decently again.

Yeah, this issues happens on me too, hope admins can solve the problem ASAP.
And try to add the ip to the hosts file, it might work.

I couldn't get on again this morning, no idea what happened today.
It's a farce isn't it.
Hopefully it's all fixed & ok now, maybe something should/could be done to prevent attacks but I wish the havkers would fuck off.

And i had been blaming my router for so long :D

Haha me too. Just noticed the site problem when other site that I visit run smoothly.
