I am providing a fast service to verify paypal accounts that are not from the following countries listed below: >>>>>USA, UNITEDKINGDOM OR CANADA <<<<< For the rest of paypal accounts i can verify them using a visa credit card. Steps to verify paypal : 1. Add a credit card 2. Get code on testament (2 days max 1 day minim) 1.5$ will be taken from a credit card or debit card. I use a vcc card with 1.5$ on it to add as your visa card on your paypal account plus i will give the code to complete the 2 STEPS for the paypal verification , thats how paypal verification progress is!
