Are you referring to account information that was leaked during the recent hack? If so, what's an Uber account? You'd be lucky to find any 'legitimate' sellers. Most of the accounts have had their passwords changed and others will be able to retrieve their accounts through the use of signed messages from an address or PGP key. I'm almost certain he's looking to buy hackforums.net forum accounts, not hacked bitcointalk accounts as that would be silly.
