Its in good condition. I swapped out the loud ass fan for two coolermaster fans. Its reasonably quiet now, no louder than my pc.

Naa i'm in the most northern state of USA so its not that bad really. Ships from Milwaukee, WI. I did a quick query on my address to Torronto and its only $37.70.
