Title: Anyone else selling their bags yet?
Post by: I am the guy on May 28, 2015, 09:06:02 AM
If you haven't notice, over the past week or so. Some the old/newish altcoins are being pumped. Anyone else selling their baggage? I'm just tired of holding worthless tokens and chips.

If it is a clear pump, get rid of your bags as soon as it is worth your while! If you call it bags you don't really want them anyway.

I own some of this worthless coins too. My strategy is to transfer them to an exchange and set a selling price of about 50%-100% highter to the current price. If a pump occurs the coins will be sold automatically. This worked fine with my Mintcoin stake  ;D

There has been some pumping on the old coins.
The pump won't last and I would advise everyone to prepare to sell the coins now.

Another newbie account demanding we sell our "bags"... very interesting.

Something has to survive the altcoin holocaust. Looks like the "oldies but goodies" are hanging in there.

There really isn't any profit to be made at this time. A lot of these coins were bought when bitcoin was 3 times the price so its still a losing proposition in the short term. A resurgence in btc price could/would breath life back into several altcoins.

Wait, are bags an actual altcoin or are you just referring to altcoins collectively as 'baggage'. I can't keep up with all the latest crapcoins and I dumped all my altcoin baggage about a year ago and didn't look back.

People is realizing most alts are unnecessary.

Most people have not even a idea what bitcoin is... of course they don't know that some alts may jump like bitcoin did.

When the joke of negative interest rates fail.. MANY people will know what Bitcoin is..

Right.

Sell your coins on the lowest price possible, reason ? Don't know some "guy" told me.

If there were a price for the stupidest of questions, you would have won it by now.

What have I won? I hope I get some stealthcoin   :D

Some of these altcoins will become the future of digital currency. Bitcoin opened the door, but its lead won't last.

The main thing these coins need at the moment are people, ... people investing, volunteering, and working within the communities.

Nope. I still think Mintcoin is really cheap. I just try to keep buying and minting more every month.

That is for sure. Some just bring new technology and die (if coin can die), but that technology continue improved in some other form.

The main thing coins need at the moment are not just people, but people with ideas. If 99% of coins are used just for trading on exchanges what is the point of investing, volunteering, and working within the communities.
Whole this block chain technology should change how people think of money, not just letting them play with it or acting as all this is great ponzi scheme.

Good thing is that there are good ideas, but in the sea of scams it is hard to see right one and believe in people behind it.

the simple answer is : yes, every day!
i buy/sell new bags! almost every day. i play around with different shitcoins everyday and try to find some profit here and there.
it is a lot of work, risk and fun and at the end of the week as long as my profits are positive i am happy.
