Quote BTC-e has announced that US dollar withdrawals and deposits sent via bank transfer could be delayed for as long as two weeks. In a 28th May message posted by the BTC-e support team, the European digital currency exchange blamed “a new American policy” for the anticipated delays. So obviously they are going to face a few problems. Already the site is banned in Russia, and the users there are being forced to access the exchange via VPN.

So obviously they are going to face a few problems. Already the site is banned in Russia, and the users there are being forced to access the exchange via VPN. It's one of the exchanges I respect the most. It's only a bummer for people who withdrew because they were in need of money to pay bills and such. |
