the main problem at surveys is you dont even qualify for that -in most cases-
because they sort you out if you dont the person what theyre looking for!
then you filled out alot of informations for nothing...

it might be that your ip was used for some things like using an alternative on other sites, so it might have been put in to the blacklist, thats my only guess

I think if the blog has a good business model it should have a website and pays for domain and host, if it has a unique domain and some users here use it and make money then you can advertise for it.

Nope. These are those annoying endless surveys that you usually do for trying to download something. They involve giving out your info. It is going to take a lot more than 25 minutes and it isn't really free since you are giving out your information to advertisers who will send you spam.
