Their rate is the best and you get massive amount of money if your site is popular enough :D If you want promote your site on bitcoin ads network, i'll suggest you to use a-ads or bitmedia. I think OP may be asking how to get the most views out of advertising their ad, not hosting advertisements, but I may be wrong. You may want to try advertising on those pay-to-view/click sites that require users to be exposed to an ad to receive their earnings, might be a good place to start.
