so i thought this forum would be like any other letting you post as much as you want but nope it has to do the stupidest thing and make you wait 5 minutes. that't not fair at all so get rid of it and don't add it back. people need to be able to post replies whenever meaning all the time. but with the 360 second wait its taking forever for people to get the help they need and taking forever for the people who need help to post about the dang problem. so thank you forum for adding in a stupid feature no one needs at all. YES this may seem mean but its the honest truth about how stupid it is to make people wait to reply to posts.

This 360 seconds limit is just for newbies with < 15 posts. This Tim will reduce significantly as your rank and activity increase. This wait time is mandatory as to prevent newbies from spamming around and first let them have a look at the rules of the forum. Don't worry? This time will reduce to 15 seconds or less than that as you become a member.

What do you have to say that is so important and profound it can't possibly wait 5 minutes?

Everyone here in the forum waited 5 minutes between make another post, I also have been a newbie user and it is not a stupid thing ... it is only a normal forum function. If you do not wait 360 seconds then (simple) buy a an high ranked forum account and stop crying.

I had noticed that we were getting spammed less by bots, sorry, but that's a working as intended feature, once you rank up you'll have no problems posting here. If you think this was bad newbies couldn't even post in these sections when I first joined.

If you ask nicely a mod can white-list you which will significantly reduce your waiting time.

Looks like he wants to get into mining and wants a lot of questions answered because he claims to know "jack shit". Unfortunately there is no quick way to explain the history of mining and how we got to the state we are in today. He would just have to read several of the long hardware threads from the beginning. I doubt that removing the 5 minute restriction would help him learn what he wants to know any quicker.

You need to wait & work your way around the rules mate.
We were all newbies at one point, others have given you good advice here, take heed.
Earn your stripes, you'll be able to post as you wish soon enough, in the mean time relax & stop getting so stressed out, it's only a forum.

We were all here had to go pass this and that how it must be.
This is good think not bad so dont get angry for this.

All member levels have their own time limits, so to let you know that not just Newbies, but everyone faces a certain time-span in between before posting anything ahead...

That's the smartest thing that ever happened.  Haven't you seen those other forums, where random people can just create accounts just dedicated to spamming?

How is that for a constructive, intelligently-put-together post? 

The gentleman above me asked what you have to say that couldn't possibly wait 5 minutes.  You might want to take that question to heart, sir.

People spamming the forum with newbies accounts and user's PMs made such restrictions be necessary.

Might sucks for new people, but spammers and spam bots, and people spam PM adverting people with newbies accounts, sucks to everyone
