Funny you tend to scream 'scam' at ninjas while ninjas are nothing but exciting with the only disadvantage being possibly poor distribution in the early stages of the coin while paid forums are guaranteed to cause poor distribution. A gif of a shitting rhino might be childish, but not any more so than a newbie asking 17 BTC for a copy/paste coin which doesn't have any purpose, feature or even a roadmap.

- If sell orders price fall under 50% (of the original ICO price) during the initial 4 day ICO fund holding period, a full buy wall will be set for 2 more days at the initial ICO price.
- If problems persist at the end of the 4 day trial period, YoBit will refund the investors using the ICO proceeds and consider the ICO failed and cancelled.
- after the successful completion the above requirements, at the end of the 4 day period, YoBit will unlock the ICO account which holds the ICO proceeds.

My thinking is similar to yours, but I cant see them even selling near to 50% of the ICO which then would trigger a refund so what would be the point in the first place.

The dev does not care at all. Forget it. The same pattern over and over and over again for the last months.

Coins are not about the users but about the devs and the ICO or the premine/hidden premine dump.

Exchanges do not care and they host the ico for some money.
Yobit and c-cex are ico scam exchanges. Sad but true.

It certainly seems that way dosn't it, I just wish I had the know how to create a coin and do it the right way, but alas I don't understand all the code, I understand enough of it to run a small pool but not to go the whole hog and create it from scratch....

This coin more likely to die forever. After the 7days pow it's going to be over 3 million coins. You need a lot of BTC to pump it up and exit out. They will pick a coin that a lot of people want to hold. Clearly this is not the case for this coin but never know.

In my experience all coins can and will be pumped at some point

I don't think people will get anything back. 40% (6.8 btc buy wall) + another 10% (1.87 buy 110%) dev will get 8.33 btc after 4 day. I can be wrong. Sad to see happening again.
