Hello, I am currently sitting on 0.2 Bitcoins and would like to contribute to the market more than what I am. I do not have a mining rig, and I am unable to purchase Bitcoins at the moment. So instead I will draw anything for any amount of Bitcoins! I'm a terrible drawer but I will do my best!

It sure the hell is and I approve this approach. ShittyBitcoinDrawer may not have the sharpest crayons in the studio, but his schtick (or shtick) is worthy of attention. One doesn't need to be an expert drawer to have a reputable following...just good enough to tickle his tribe's funny bone of which SBD does.

As I see it, SBD could be the first accepted Bitcoin panhandler on this board. All he would have to do is visit and read various threads/posts and once he reads something that got his creative juices a flowin', quote a passage and post his art. To really make this work for him, his signature should state exactly what he's doing, along with an address--that's all. Any other information in his sig would be just noise and WILL diminish the message along with his income, albeit small at first, but you never know when such art may go viral.

Assuming your avatar is stock from this forum, consider drawing an image, perhaps of the same actor, to be used as your avatar. Better yet, offer, for only 1 BTC (maybe higher, not sure), to draw avatars for users here.

Yeah, I wish I could do it. (Yes give him boobs) And also give him a shirt that says something like I cant hear you over the sound of how awesome I am. And saying something like Listen to me! Listen to ME!! I NEED ATTENTION! And then take artistic license with it :)

I would love to see a colored version of the first one (the spaceship) or something along the same lines.

Lets get a pic of Nefario taking stock ticker symbols and flicking them off the stock ticker listings and in the background give him a getaway boat with a stack of bitcoins sitting on the boat. And have pirate telling him to come on the mob will be here soon or something like that. And add whatever else you want to it :P Maybe have a note on his desk or whatever that says "Sorry, no refunds."

I think you should post a new thread in services while still posting to this thread. Cause this thread is awesome.

In your services thread, offer to draw custom avatars for some fee which you feel is worth it. It shouldn't be out of line to expect people to pay $1 USD I think which is a little less than a .10BTC.

I don't know how much of your time goes into these. I would hate to come off as someone who thinks your work is cheap. It's great stuff, you've got a great "minds eye". I was just thinking along the lines of the classic sales pitch....

Would be nice if the opening post included a full catalogue of links to OP's drawings. Not only does it soothe RurrayMothbard's relevant suggestion to OP to "provide a sample of your artistic work," but it also could show how ShittyBitcoinDrawer's artistic skills and style have evolved through the length of this thread. However, being a student as well, I understand the burdens that school and education can sometimes have on a person... Nevertheless, OP's certainly making the best out of the opportunity!

FLHippy's suggestion of creating a custom avatar design thread shouldn't be overlooked either, as well as the interesting and intriguing image ideas that everyone has for OP (perhaps a commission queue should be in the works?).

Would you draw me a picture to use as my avatar SBD?  Something like your very first magical space bunny drawing  :D

Decide what your hourly rate in bitcoin is, how long it takes you to draw something up and then PM me.  Thanks!
