If so, I would try advcash, it's a $1 fee to create a virtual card and another $1 per load, but there are no transaction fees for PoS, I believe! I got the cards and have not needed them and since then, have had about 10 more come to me... they love sending me prepaid cards... I may be able to work out something for you here....
