hi there. where i can sell my btc and ltc for paypal, with +3%? i need it asap.

Paypal is not recommended as it can be charged back and Bitcoins and Litecoins cannot be charged back. But if you must and if you understand the consequences of dealing with paypal and are ready to take the unnecessary risk than Localbitcoins is the place where it can be traded instantly if the buyer is online.

Just make sure you trade with people who have had many successful trades and have positive feedbacks, although even then it's not certain that they will not charge back. It is best if you choose another payment instrument which is more safe than Paypal.

in the market place you can , but bears in mind that unless you send first or use escrow, none will deal with you, because of the charge back issue and because you are newbie

Depends on country you come from. if you are from Europe you can use anydirect.eu, coinimal.com or coinomat.com (talk a look at my signature) to instantly sell your BTC.

you can use localbitcoin , also you can trade here in this forum in marketplace section using escrow for security.
find the paypal seller and make sure do the transaction with escrow.

Why not just use an exchange, there are plenty, coinomat, btc-e. Sell your bitcoins there for money and then withdraw the money to your bank account or paypal, its simple and easy, the fees can be a problem tho and you will need to have a good amount of money not something like 0.01 bitcoins

You can use Bit-x.com for that , However you will need ID veritification to Withraw your money to fiat (using Paypal) so make sure you don't trade unless you are ready to give your informations .
Or if you want something fast you can try currency exchange section here and you should be fine , just make sure you trade with trusted people tho because paypal is reversible and you can get scammed easily .

if you want to sell instant then bitcoin exchange is best option but you will get market price not +3%, you may be charged some extra fees if you want to withdraw to paypal.

Well not instantly but almost would be localbitcoins. You could also sell on other exchanges into fiat currency into USD that's instant enough but if you want sell and funds in bank or spendable.

You could do this. 1 go on sell bitcoin 2 load funds to pre pay debit card or have a BTC debit card that allowed you to dump coin in sell on the fly for fiat https://bit-x.com/ offer exchange service and using their services validating account and so forth get free btc debit card from them. Are trusted and well known and making the leadership forward. they are other services that offer btc debit cards but fees come into play and are stupidly high.

I know that there are a few trustable members in here who buy BTC and LTC often for PayPal. Other than selling to them I'd be extremely cautious. Escrow doesn't work in this case as the transactions can be reversed and disputed long after the initial agreement.

did you try circle?, seems pretty good if you have a credit card you can buy/sell instantly.

i cant tell you how good are them because they didnt accept european credit cards :( but as i sayd they seemspretty good.

Take a look in the currency exchange board, make sure to trade with trusted members with Paypal so no chargebacks occur.

There are others amounts, and this guy has over 700+ positive feed back. So risk of chargeback should be minimal. 

not +3% but you can sell them at market price at btc-e.com, btc-e offer withdrawal via paypal account if the amount is good enough
create an account there and check their withdrawal page for more information about paypal withdrawals

You can sell them intantly if you use ATM.

I don't believe you can get any where to sell your coin with +3% because of trading fees but you can try btc-e dot com, they can pay you with paypal almost instant.

You can also try and find a trusted exchanger on the forum, you will probably get a better rate and it's instantly once you find him  ;).

you can actually, here on bitcointalk, there guy that are willing to buy even at +5%, if you're really trusted or under default trust, they will also go first

on localbitcoin, i see plenty of user that sell their coin above market price

OP hasn't been online for 13 days people I wouldn't waste any more of your time.

you need to stay vigilante in the market section, soem time one guy need fast money and he sell at lower rate, there was one 1 month ago for example.

right now on localbitcoin, i'm spotting two+ guys that are selling at +2%
