Do you at least include shipping in that high price?

Why is it nearly double the price of silver?

Yes shipping to europe is included.

When buying a single coin you will always pay a big premium over the spot price.
I have to pay tax on them which is a cost I have to pass on.
as well as packaging, postage and admin.

I calculate you are charging $62 for one silver coin. I laugh at you!

I don't know where you are, but in Canada I've never paid any taxes on precious metal, even when they cross the border (and believe me, if there's something to tax, oh boy that's taxed!).

Yes shipping to europe is included.

Even so that price is way too high. You can buy more than 2oz at that price at current rates.
