The New York State Department of Financial Services (NYDFS) released the final version of its long-awaited regulatory framework for digital currency companies today.

I have always wondered what are the consecuenseces of the BitLicense

so what is the advantages for digital companies,i still dont know is this like a regulation or rules or something else?

I don't see much reason to have a Bitcoin business in the US unless you are a business that goes back and forth between Bitcoin and fiat.

I think there are many reason why all people in this world including US using bitcoin but the most reason is they want to earn more money and with this technology that support bitcoin here, it will make bitcoin easy to use and easy to earn. Altough you are not used it for business I guess you still can earn it through trading so its like a great solution to earn more

Is there any reports on the BitLicense? what exactly does it do?

This is another great step for Bitcoin after reaching to NYSE's price index.This BitLicense will legitimacy to Bitcoin and help to prevent fraudulent activities which were happening by various exchanges and persons.Bitcoin will have more stability and popularity as this will accelerate the adoption process.This should be taken as very big step for Bitcoin's bright future.

I understand why you would want a Bitcoin business. I do not understand why anyone would choose to run their business in the United States. They are one of the top 5 least business friendly countries in the world.
