Title: Electrum 2.2 Win - Comodo firewall prevents me to connect to Electrum servers Post by: nogreedy on June 04, 2015, 09:19:49 AM Hello,
Electrum is great but I can't use new versions... I used old version (1.8 and 1.9) without any problems. I installed 2.1 and 2.2 version for my windows 7 OS and then I have now big issues with my Comodo 8.2.0.4508 firewall. Each time I open Electrum, my Comodo firewall blocks connections between Electrum app and servers... I have many popup message saying : eletrum.exe is trying to connect to the Internet. It's strange because I tried to allow electum.exe to go through my Comodo Firewall... I setup rules to allow electrum.exe... even electrum.exe is a trusted exe now... But it doesn't work... more than this, my Comodo Firewall can't remember settings for Electrum ... and I don't know why (and I asked Comodo to remember that Electrum is an authorized app).... Electrum is my only app with this issue with Comodo firewall...
