Check out : www.gamblyzer.com It allows you to test out strategies on Roulette and Blackjack , along with the option to input data and try out a lot of outcomes. Just google for a list of rules and play by that. I think that actually having your hands on something is better for learning compared to using the computer. I suppose it depends on how you learn best though.
