I don't think unclescrooge will scam me, seems if I deal with high rep users I won't get scammed.

Plus it's just 1.8 coins.

Unless the owner of the exchange decides to steal all the money and say his service was hacked...

Yes except a chargeback and PayPal pretty much don't give a shit about the seller.
