my main account has been banned Gismo28
because i had a bunch of alt accounts!
i sent plenty of low constructive posts with them in the off topic threads.
with the goal to level them up so i can sell it one day
i didnt know its not allowed to do that.
i thought the off topic thread has been made for low constructive postings.
iam sorry about that.i learned my lesson!
it wont happen again!
please can a admin unbann my main account Gismo28 ?
i lose a big income through tradings and my sign compaign!
i had to pay 25cents to unable this account here!

i sent about 5posts per accounts within 3days in the off topic area!
i had 11alt accounts!
maybe i did a mistake /yes ok/
but in my opinion i havent diserved a permanent bann!
there are more bad guys in this forum like massive scammers or forum trolls who just hating!
i intentionally used the off topic thread for my postings so i dont get on someone's nerves!
and it wasnt even completley spam.i always sent my song i listen at the moment or the last drink i drang

it was my first bann ever in over 6months!
please give me a chance!

There are many cases like this & few of them got permanent ban

rest for 50 days and after that again send a request to theymos or badbear if they are kind for you they can uplift the ban..
otherwise you need to make new account.

You can't just use the off-topic section for spam to farm accounts. Had you made constructive posts in there you wouldn't have had any of your accounts banned. Posting just a song or drink you drunk everyday isn't going to cut it.

Was it perma-banned? Your account won't be unbanned soon. If it is perma-banned, don't post or send a PM in this forum with your alts for sometime and then appeal again. If not, wait till it expires.

Props for being honest at least, I respect that. Most just play dumb or actively lie about it.

But then you continued posting, and are trying to buy another account to continue posting, while being banned.

Kind of a wash there.

If there isn't a time specified on the ban, then I believe it's a permanent ban. You probably get some points in your favor for being honest, though you probably also lose some by succumbing to the constantly-roll-my-eyes-and-bring-up-other-users way of presenting your psuedo-ban appeal. That's a loooot of farm accounts though, it seems to me like this was a massive amount of spam being made if you had that many accounts banned. I'm also guessing you use Tor or a proxy if you had to pay a units of evil fee...? Or it could be previous bans on that IP.

well to be honest if you werent a scammer, why did you use your alt BuddyIsreal to try to sell things without using an escrow on multiple occasions? If you weren't going to scam, why did you use that account and not your main? and you deserve your ban because you left your alt positive trust and framed multiple deals in your attempt to scam others, can you deny these accusations or will you just accept them?

I prefer the hating trolls over account farmers.

Probably, but there'd likely be 50% less drama and whinging in Meta as well.

Maybe his honesty should be rewarded with a tentative second chance. If he's actually willing to sit out his ban then that is better than 90% of the spammers.

He is the only person I seen that has actually owned up to their actions. Give them a second chance once the ban is over. Place them on probation or something. If they stop the crap posts and start making better, constructive ones, then lesson taught. Better than saying that your not allowed on here any more.

Yes this is the sort of person I'm inclined to give second chances to, if they recognize their issues and are honest about it, then they should have no issue fixing said problem. On the other hand, if they refuse to recognize it, or legitimately don't see what they did wrong, then there is little chance they will be able to resolve it.


It's hard to say I identify with either alone really, they (the trio including spock) are designed to be typical, and later on in the show, extreme versions of their archetypes. Kirk, the hero/warrior. Barges in without second thought and is usually the one to get them in trouble in the first place due to his arrogance. Depends on his intuition and outside the box thinking to find a solution that satisfies everyone. McCoy, the caregiver. Deeply emotional, he cares so much about others, and every individual life that he would do anything to save a single one, no matter the consequences. Spock, the stoic. Cold hearted, logical, always thinks before acting. Separate they are all flawed, but they work together to complement each other's strengths and weaknesses. They are the three parts of the human psyche personified (Id, ego, and super-ego (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Id,_ego_and_super-ego)). In a venn diagram of the three, I would probably lean more towards McCoy/Spock.

Why wont you just say that you owned the scammer account buddyisreal? you werent just farming accounts, you were trying to scam with your alt while using your main account to appear to have made deals

that's not the issue here; he was banned across all his alts for spamming low quality spam to farm accounts, nothing related to his alt account where he kept trying to scam people from, which, by the way, i thought it was fairly obvious that buddyisrael is his alt. its up to badbear weather or not he thinks 50 days away from the forum was enough time for him.
