I am look for a escrow service that has a good dispute resolution , clearly mentioned and without any ifs and buts. Would appreciate if you guys can recommend me something .

I dont know of an automated escrow that has a good problem resolution. Reason is that trades might be faulty from the start.

You can use a human escrow, he will most probably point out security issues before. If you want send me a pm. There are a lot other escrows on this forum too.

The clear way of doing a business is just lay out your terms and conditions clearly to the seller and involved the escrow in the process and make sure that he understands the terms of the trade and the escrow will make sure that both the parties agree to it prior to the trade.

That you have to ask the escrows, I think most will only provide escrow service on this forum because PMs and everything are recorded here and if there is a dispute they can be shown as proofs and admins can confirm their authenticity. Can't say if they provide escrow offsite.

So is there external escrow service in that case ? which has good/decent feedbacks.

I'm not able to do escrows at the moment. I would advice OP to use Dannyhamilton, Ognasty or Tomatocage.

I don't know/use any offsite independent escrow service, so I can't recommend anything in that regard, I was under the impression that you were searching for forum escrows, so sorry. And even to use the external service seller might still have to sign up their, so why not ask him to make an account here, it literally takes a minute.

I have used devthedev before without any problems. all the feedback he has received says alot. On 'external escrow' though, I haven't seen much demand about a service this. Perhaps you could arrane a meeting between you, the other party and the person providing escrow somewhere outside of the forum. I haven't heard of anyone here openly stating that he'd provide such a service though. I guess that you'll just have to ask one of the members mentioned above.
