As title states I am looking for already running website.
one that is unique and not so much maintenance.

my budget for something small and simple is.

up to 1 BTC

what kind of site are you looking for? I've got some adult sites i would be willing to sell for aroud 1 BTC

Type of sites I am looking for are small crypto sites they dont have to be complete, but at least started. and you need BTC fast.

If nobody is willing to sell you a premade site, 1BTC is more then enough to order a site...
Heck, for 1 BTC i'll :
  • register you a nice domainname for 1 year
  • give you hosting for a year (within certain traffic and load limits)
  • install https://faucetinabox.com/ (for a faucet), wordpress (for a cryptoblog) or a forum system of your choice

**ofcourse, this offer isn't final, everything needs to be negotiated so we know what exactly must happen for which price

sorry not looking faucets I am looking for a unique site. maybe a blog already with traffic.

You said you need crypto related sites then you said blog.

Please tell which types or any other specific niches other than crypto? Any traffic or revenue on the site you are looking for?

I am looking for what ever site that looks well done not cookie cutter crap with some traffic, could be be crypto,blog does not matter.
