If it is illegal call the local authorities and report. Stop wasting time on attempting to do something that is illegal (fb hacking, etc...)

To me, the question is too vague. ..consistently flirting with your wife/girlfriend and you are in a long distance relationship. Talk to your gf/wife. Everything else based on how she takes it. The problem here is that if you attack him or do anything illegal it is going to be you who's going to get punished. If the problem was on a individual basis, I'd just advise you to ignore/stay away from the person. I'm not sure what to do in this situation though. Simple answer: Liquidate him AFAIK you can order a murder and whatnot for $30k+ in the Dark Net.
