Is there any site that list silver to buy or sell at spot in person? A site like LocalBitcoins.com for silver

I'd rather not lose money selling to a coin dealer

Simple task to meet outside of Cook County. Only Cook county hates guns, the rest of the state is fairly gun friendly except for the FOID requirement.
