They're definitely not scamming you. Superchange is one of the most-trusted e-currency exchangers online.
Wondering about nxt.am, as they are an "official" partner of Perfect Money: https://perfectmoney.is/business-partners.html

Maybe you try contacting PM to get an answer regarding your issue if nxt is not responding to your requests.

I think you'll defo find some buyers of BTC for Perfect Money on Localbitcoins and they have their own escrow there so you won't get scammed, just make sure you deal with people who have many trusted feedbacks and they have provided their documents for verification to LBC.

But do remember that Perfect Money is an anonymous payment processor and could run away with your funds like some of the others did in the past.

lol, I believe this was a publicity stunt, wasn't it? Where did you get to know about this site? And after being scammed once, what made you go again to an untrusted website.?

umm, why not just do local deals in person.

just go to localbitcoins.com and do a escrow deal w. cash.  :)
