Unfortunately you will not get a legitimate buyer.
New member + paypal = Big NO

Be careful you dont get scammed.

Withdraw your ppal and buy with fiat through localbitcoins is your safest avenue.

I would be happy to help you out through Western Union or cash in the mail?

Be careful of the PM's you'll be getting from newbie users who will be delighted to sell you BTC for your PayPal. Of course they'll insist that you send first... but once you do, that's the last you'll ever hear from them again.

I messaged him. He wants you to send the bitcoins first, with no escrow.
If you saying about DebitMe you right, he is trusted user you are newbie, that means you go first.¨

Edit: there is many trusted users in the forum that i would have no problems in sending first, just be carefull.

I think he is talking about OP, and OP wanting the person to send first.  I have not received any PM's today.

Thank you for your kind words though :)

Well thats how you detect a scammer ;), tought you are a newbie also, best is newbies to send first to trusted users till they start being relevant.

Or you can deal with me.
I have a solid track record and here is my rep thread : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=955343.0

There are certain rules and steps that I follow when dealing with btc through pp / skrill you can read about them here : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=930568.0

Shoot me a PM if you want me to chalk up the rates.

Just accept using escrow (i.e. fund the address posted by Tomatocage). Your first thread will go wonderfully well and your trust will be cleared:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1084466.msg11569594#msg11569594

Of course not every newbie is a scammer. All old honest users were newbies one day. The problem is a lot of old users use new accounts to scam.
Honest users don't have any problem using trusted users as escrow so if a newbie asks people to send first and refuses to use a very trusted member as escrow then it's almost certain it's a scammer. A trustworthy newbie (or old) user will use escrow and therefore will have smooth deals.

Therefore nobody should deal with OP (Volemal), del1993 or any other newbie ever without escrow. And it's recommended to use escrow even when dealing with old members.
Unfortunately not even escrow protects from PayPal so it's not recommended at all to accept PayPal payments from users unless they're extremely trusted.
