Title: RSS Feeds. Need more preview. Post by: SebastianJu on June 10, 2015, 12:09:56 PM I let me notify about new posts in certain subforums about the rss feed. I do so because the normal notification of the board doesnt work.
Though i would like to know if there is a way to receive more signs per new post. Its too often that i have to load the actual page in order to get an idea about what a thread is about. I would like if i can see this more often instantly. Can this be done with a Feed setting or in Thunderbird itself? Thanks! Title: Re: RSS Feeds. Need more preview. The limit is the number of posts it draws maximum. Though when you click these mails in thunderbird (or how one would name these entries) then you get a preview of the page. And it looks like only 100 or 200 signs are shown. Its a short preview so to say. What i want is that this preview is, lets say, 1000 signs. Then i could get a way better idea what the thread is about and i would not have to load the actual page so often. |
