This is pretty awesome! I'm going to look into this game, its new to me but i've played magic the gathering so this game must be similar but with a more innovative concept, as a GetGems user i will probably buy the Gemz card, the cards all look pretty cool.

I fear this isn't going to change the image that Crypto is for Nerds.  :o

So how do we buy the Gemzcard? I looked on the market but don't see a price for it, I have never used the xcp market before so I'm a little confused on using it. Would like to buy some with Gemz.

They are available on the Counterwallet DEX right now. GEMZCARD can be purchased with GEMZ, SJCXCARD can be purchased with SJCX.

I think you are talking about asset is locked. This mean they cannot issue more but it doens't concern you directly.
If you want to buy GEMZCARD you go to market. And click on the GEMZ/GEMCARD and place an order

You mean the new cards like the blockchain cards are added to the Moonga game where players can buy them or are they exclusively availavle for SoG?

BTW is was looking at markets in Counterwallet but i don't see the GEMZ/GEMZCARD pair, only GEMZ/XCP. I tried the filter aswell without results, maybe i'm doing something wrong.

The digital asset are used on both Moonga and SOG. If you buy the GEMS card you can play it today on Moonga but will get even more valuable when SOG will burn the roof with millions of players :)


Strange I see the assets on the top trading pairs. On the market what happen if you put on the box Asset 1 GEMZ and Asset 2 GEMZCARD

They won't vary on our side but since it's a free market any one is free to sell as they like

I suggest you don't buy BitCrystals right now for two reasons

1. Those bitcrystals were distributed by for Folding as a gift for folder. This means the money goes to people who received it. If you are to buy BitCrystal it's better to buy from us since the money will be used to build a product that will give great value to it.

2. People who buy BitCrystals during the tokensale will receive several advantages. Like lifetime game membership that will offer discount on asset purchase and premium early access to those. And lots of other surprises that you won't get by buying the market.

Yes, it is

Our predictions are based on our experience with Moonga and on the fact that event though the token sale has not started yet, we already have lot of subscribers, testers and fans and the number of them keeps increasing. All that allows us to think SoG will ace it! :)

So I want to know if the BitCrystals I bought are from you?

I think what he meant is that the bitcrystals you bought are the ones that they give out to foldingcoin "miners"... but it is the same asset

If I may ask... Why did you create a secondary item or currency and not just use Bitcoin directly?

The whole process of using Moonga / BitCrystals just adds confusion to the users wanting to use this platform. I can see the benefit if people buy these "token" with other payment methods

and currencies, but it's still confusing for most people. I joined a platform recently where people do things for points, and those point can be sold to other users for Bitcoins. The only problem is, none of the

users want these points and everyone is selling them. {So they have little or no value}   ???

Try to do my best to answer.

So you understand well quite well why the cards are digital assets on the blockchain and you are asking why we do need another game currency to purchase those.

The reason is we want and we do need to make a crowdfunding ( happening soon ).

In a world where we would like to
1. Have 100% control of the game (decisions, revenue)
2. Don't count on the community to promote the game as it where they own product

Then we would have developed the game ourselves maybe with the help of a game publisher then we would have released it.
Then we would take your money, (Bitcoin, Fiat, or what ever) in exchange of cards. And in that case we don't need any intermediary currency as BitCrystal.

But in our case we want to take full advantage of Blockchain shared economy. We believe when project are crowdfunded people who pre purchased to product should receive a part of it and not only pre access or a T-shirt. They should part of the fuel of the game economy.
Once the game is funded and up and running all the asset we put on sale can be acquired with BitCrystals.

Let's take an extreme example for illustration. Let's say there is only one person who purchase all the BitCrystals he hold 100% of the 100'000'000 BCY. Then this guy will be able to get all the game assets. That great he financed all the game by himself. He has full access of 100% of HIS game he dosen't need to pay anyone to get anything anymore. During the development we are going to vote some decisions 1 BCY is one vote count. Since he has 100% of voting he will be able to influence the game and tailor it to his taste.
Let say now he enjoys playing the game and he invite a friend to play to his game with him. Since he holds 100% of BitCrystals and he is the only one who can purchase any asset he will decide how much of his BitCrystals he's going to (give, trade, sell) to his friend. Now let's say this game is great (the game he helped to design) and millions of players want to pay. Then he is going to decide the value of the BitCrystals that will be directly proportional to the overall demand for game assets.

Of course this example is extreme and there is going to be much more player participating to the token sale. Some BCY are distributed already. All those player will have a shared ownership of the overall game asset value with the BitCrystals who is the key to acquire game assets.

Does this make sense to you ?
