However Maryland, and especially Baltimore City, is about at Blue as it gets. I've been a Real Estate agent off and on since 1988. I just let my license expire this summer. Technically (at least in Maryland) you're not allowed to make money from a real estate transaction unless you have a Real Estate License. I mean you can buy or sell a house but you can't make a commission.
