Starting bid is too high for low quality account. The price for it only range from .04 to .05  i guess

I have to agree with you. I was also shocked when a user (not to disclose who is he or she) PMed me saying he/she will buy the account for 0.06 Bitcoin to 0.07 Bitcoin.

If you knew the price is great then you should haven taken the offer. Now the chance is high that the potential buyer has read your "shocked" and the other users statement that the account is worth less. I doubt he will pay now as much anymore.

i past few months i have seen too many trading of digital goods..but your bidding price is really too much..
i think it will be this much only ..if u really wanna have auction then you much come to some resonable price.

Because, if all other users says that the initial offer is too high, I give a "start" bid to invite other user to make an offer…or something…

you forgot to add zero "0", 0.4 is highest bid we can see for a senior account
