After falling against the Dollar to as much as 1 USD = 80 RUR, the ruble has rebounded to the 50-55 levels. It is the best performing currency against the US Dollar this year. And if the crude oil prices can reach the previous peaks, then the Ruble can attain 30-35 levels against the US Dollar without much difficulty. We will see in the coming weeks if it will go to new highs, if that's the case I don't think ruble has any chance.
