Title: Cloud Mining
Post by: c0ynw1zrd on June 12, 2015, 08:49:29 PM
Hello,

I am a former customer of bitcoincloudservices.com. I had received payments from the time I bought my cloud contract with them (230 ghs in February) up until last week. Right now there are accusations of this company being a ponzi which sucks. Could anyone recommend a legitimate cloud mining service? I would mine myself, but electricity is expensive where I live and my neighbors probably won't like the noise that miners make. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

BIT-X seems a promising cloud mining company they're partnered with Bitmain which provides their Ghash
here is their service thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=874312.0

You can also try Hashnet but i personally haven't tried them yet but i heard they're also good.

Would also suggest Hashnest for Cloudmining. Bit-x is also popular around. You could look into threads of both and decide for yourself.

Stay 100 mile away from Bit-X. This is an AM hash in making. Promoting themselve as 'Reputable Cloud Mining' with only 1 Phs vouch from BitFury. No one knows whether they really have that hash power, or even if they have whether they are overselling or not. They do not publish their mining address, do not publish payout details. The only thing they do is spend huge on Ad campaigns and pay shills to attack others.

HashNest would at least be a better choice than Bit-X. Make sure to calculate your ROI @ https://alloscomp.com/bitcoin/calculator

Bit-X hashrate is provided by BitFury. I've been mining there for the past few months :)

Would definitely give Bit-X a try. Currently I also have a contract on MiningSweden but it's way too early to tell whether or not that's worth it :)

so this guy is spreading fud as usual? i see him in another thread writing the same thing about bit-x

I'd rather choose bit-x rather the one in your signature.. obvious ponzi lol..

Spreading FUD ? Really ? Which part of the Qs that I have asked is FUD ? Care to elaborate ?

p.s. Dont be blind for another hefty sig payment. You might be helping another AM hash in the making.

I dint take you at Gunpoint to chose the one in my sig. Rather I suggested Hashnest as a better option than the Bit-X scam :)

FUD means fear, uncertainty and doubt. "No one knows whether they really have that hash power, or even if they have whether they are overselling or not." That quote of yours fits the definition of FUD.

It is almost two months now, Bit-X has failed to provide mining address or payment proof. And if someone points that out, that is categorized as FUD ? That way, we can not question the credibility of any cloud mining... even the latest greatest CloudThink.io  ::):D :P

Anyway, even if they are legit, the ROI takes too long to be reached.

Actually the better the ROI , the higher the chance it's a ponzi scheme. But not that it could be solely counted as red flag.
In the end the risk is yours in the end, so use your best judgement OP.

cheers

there are a lot of cloud mining sites to choose from, but you have to compare all the available sites and choose the one that suits your need and seems legit.make a list of all sites offering cloudmining services and then research each of them to choose the best.

oh, I don't believe there is a real 'cloudmining', what I know is just scam behind 'cloudmining' service, I'm not customer of any cloudmining, so I can't recommend except from what I know.. :)

So, I always prefer to make a little research before invest.

At least the service is not ponzi scam :P LOL
More invest, more profit but more risk too, we don't know if anytime something cloud mining company which legit reputation will collapse.
