A new Altcoin is being released in the next three weeks (there will be notice of exact day ) it has maximum of 250,000 coins possible the Algo will be Lyra2re and it will have a 8,000 ICO and a further 2000 will be in bounties and give aways.It will be called the International Euro and with such a small amount ever possible it will have great price stability.The Ico will be used to further develop the coin and wallet,  buy its ability to use retail gateways plus in time a debit card watch twitter for update.
The ICO price will be below the mining price so buying in the ICO could make you a profit straight away.After ICO it will be traded on most major exchanges.

International Euro  ??? Isn't the existing Euro international? I don't get the point behind the project.

The point behind the project is to make a Euro that can have a stable price and no massive money printing to bail out tom dick and harry.At maximum 250,000 mined and Lyra2re algo there will be no Asics and only Gpu/Cpu to give the smaller miners a chance.The IPO price is 0.09btc with a 10%
reduction in the first 24hrs and after that a 5% reduction for buys over 100 the ICO is quite cheap especially with the small number of coins on offer and the fact the whole ICO is under written by an outside investor who if any coins left will pay the full price.
The roadmap has not been released yet but I can say the wallet will have stealth addresses and there will be a debit card to come,along with retail gateways to spend your hard mined coins.
