Any reason why you wish to risk selling bitcoins for Neteller except for the small +3% , when you can just deposit on Neteller with BTC directly ?

Here you will unnecessarily be risking money as Neteller is reversible in cases of Fraud.

Neteller its reversible like paypal?

the only reason to me is she need clean cash
if you deposit bitcoins into neteller you cant withdraw at ATMs or pay using Net+ Mastercard

Yes,  if a stolen credit card is used to fund a Neteller account, then the transaction can be reversed.



That is something new for me. That seems like a legit reason for this thread. Doing a trade with someone trusted should be fine then.
I wonder if it can be abused if someone created 2 Neteller accounts and deposited with BTC on one and transferred fund to another which he could then use for ATM's.
