Hell, most CPM-only networks would offer a much higher rate than that, without having to deal with chasing after payments, :p. Real traffic on a successful site (especially in the gambling niche) you're looking at probably $3.50 CPM minimum ($350/100k hits). Technically, most gambling sites should be able to achieve more than this.
