Coining A Dice in a line: 1% House Edge, Autobet, Tips, Faucet, Support, Chat and Friendly design!
More than 6.65BTC wagered since June 20th in 39500+ bets!

I would like to announce a new MoneyPot powered site, Coining A Dice (https://coinin.ga/)!

Play Now! (https://coinin.ga/)

This is the main betting area.
Minimum bet amount: 1 bit
Minimum multiplier: 1.01x
Maximum multipler: 9900x
Autobet with "Multiply on Loss", "Stop when less than" & "Stop when more than" functionality

On the right, you are presented with the details of your last bet. There is also a link to the bet's details on Moneypot for your own convenience.
The provably bet hash is presented to you before betting.

Below the betting area, you can find your bet history (your current session), all bets & high rollers list, your stats (updated after each bet), a faucet and the support widget.

You can also set a custom seed, by clicking on your username on the menu.

There is also a chat in the footer.

Future plans include a Roulette and other games, affiliate system & rainbot.

I will be giving random amounts of bits to anyone playing throughout the day (I have an office job as well, so I may not be around all day/everyday.)

Play Now! (https://coinin.ga/)

Affiliate System

He just added an Affiliate System to Coining A Dice (https://coinin.ga/)! Details:
Earn 0.1% of the wagered amount of any player you refer. Grab your referral link from the "Affiliate" section on our website, and pass it around.
No spam! Should we get any complains about you spaming your link around, we will investigate and you may lose your earnings.
Earnings are updated once per day at 01:00 GMT+03. Referred users count is real time.
The minimum affiliate payout request is 100 bits, and will apply to the whole amount. You must place at least 200 bets on Coining A Dice to be eligible for payments.
Since 1 bit = 100 satoshi, the final payout amount will be rounded at 2 decimals.
We have a strong sense of privacy, so we can't show you who your referrals are. You can see the number of your referred users just below your affiliate link.
Payouts are processed manually, and are sent within MoneyPot so no fees are charged for this. Payouts may be delayed while we perform fraud checks etc. Users will be contacted for any dispute.
Coining A Dice reserves the right to deny any payments, modify these terms without prior notification and discontinue the affiliate system if it is subject to fraud.
Referrals from the same IP with you are ineligible, and will be removed from your list.
If you create lots of accounts in order to refer them to your self, we reserve the right to deny you access to our site.
You only earn a commission from your direct referrals (1st level)

Changelog:

July 8th, 2015
  • Minimum bet changed to 0.01 bit! (1 satoshi)
  • Wagered stats are now in BTC instead of Bits.

July 4th, 2015
  • Fixed a rounding bug of the user's balance. This affected the "max" wager button. Bug reported by GoGreen earlier this week. A temporary fix was pushed immediately, and now we have placed a more stable fix for this issue.
  • When using the autobet, if the balance dropped below 1, the system would not let the user place a bet after depositing with out reloading the page. This is now fixed.
  • Lowered the autobet delay to 500ms
  • Friendlier error messages while betting.

June 27, 2015
  • Fixed a bug where after betting the client would get 2 hashes from MoneyPot
  • Changed the "My Bets" area coloring to match "All Bets" and "High Rollers"
  • Affiliate/referral system is now live! Get 0.1% of the wagered amount of any player you refer. Login to Coining A Dice (https://coinin.ga/), and click "Affiliate Earnings" for more info!

June 26, 2015
  • More Autobet functionality, such as "Multiply on Win" and "Round Limit"
  • Lowered the Autobet timer to 650ms. If your client hasn't received the next bet's hash, it won't send a bet*
  • Moved both Profit & Win Chance areas below "Wager"
  • Moved "Lower/Higher" bet buttons below "Multiplier"
  • "Last bet info" is now shorter. You should refer to the "My Bets" tab for more information
  • Removed Support tab
  • FAQ, Contact & Bitcoin Forum buttons were merged to "Help" button
  • Fixed a bug that would not show the last Jackpot winner when clicking the "Jackpot" button
  • Changed the tint of the green/red colors on "All Bets" and "High Rollers". They should be easier on the eye now
*This may have some unintended side effects on the "Round Limit" and "Multiply on Win/Loss" functions, but I'll be monitoring it. You should report a bug in this case.

June 22, 2015
  • Jackpot logs are now available by clicking the "Jackpot" button on the navbar.
  • Added Global Site Stats
  • Started phasing out the showing of MoneyPot Bet IDs on "All Bets" and "High Rollers" tabs. This will not change in "My Bets" tab for now.
  • A user could place a bet smaller than 1 bit under some circumstances. This is now fixed.

June 21, 2015
  • Jackpot system! We give back 0.05% of the lost bets. For more information, visit Coining A Dice (https://coinin.ga/) login, and click "Jackpot".
  • Added internal bet number (see image below), to keep track of more advanced stats. Unfortunately, we can't get information for all the bets that have been placed in the past. We are saving all the bets placed on Coining A Dice since the bet with MoneyPot ID 18630177.
  • Autobet timer reduced to 700ms
  • All bets tab reloads faster.
  • Changed default tab to "All Bets"
  • Tips from and to the admins are advertised to the chat
  • Various bug fixes

https://play.coinin.ga/images/newupd-betid.png

June 20, 2015
  • Added "All Bets" tab
  • Added "High Rollers" tab
  • Fixed a bug where the user was greeted with an "Invalid authid" error message. If you are affected, please logout from the site, and login again.
  • Various other small bugfixes

June 19, 2015
  • Moved to new server!
  • New public page with info about the site. See it at https://coinin.ga/ (https://coinin.ga/)
  • Keyboard shortcuts!
  • Tip other users using your app balance
  • Fixed various bugs regarding autobet. You should see less (if any) invalid bet hash or seed warnings.
  • Overall speed fixes. You should see the whole betting process go faster, especially on Autobet.
  • Autobet timer decreased from 1 second to 750ms. I will be monitoring the site and decrease it more in the next days. My target is 400-500ms. Whatever happens, your browser won't submit a request before receiving the next hash, so your mileage may vary

June 17, 2015
  • Added Autobet (warning: it was tested, but it may bug out. please report any bugs as soon as possible)
  • Fixed an error where you could place a bet before receiving the results of previous bet and a new hash.
  • Re-organized betting area with headers and etc
  • Clicking on the "Bitcoin talk Forum" button will now work on guests

June 16, 2015:
  • The chat is now minimized by default!
  • The items on the menu are bigger
  • Fixed a bug when trying to login directly from MoneyPot listing page
  • The AutoBet system is almost ready. There are some bugs I need to solve, and then it will go live, probably this Friday.

June 15, 2015:
  • Public release & announcement
  • Various bug fixes & improvements

Site looks pretty cool, no obvious issues to me, I wish you the vety best of luck with it Ryan. It's nice that you introduced yourself personally, nice touch mate.
I'll sign up & have a little play but only when others have so I feel safe on your site & can get some proven player feedback.
Hope you'll forgive me for that but yeah, good luck with it man, I'll be lurking, waiting to play at some point.

Wow this is the 2nd dice game powered by moneypot that launch today. Basically, the layout is almost the same with the previous dice games "minidice" and "bitcoinsyndicate".
I dont know why use the same layout, but I think its better to change it or modify it.
The good things is that you have some additions tab like my stats, support and about while the other two dice sites do not add it yet. And you have different chat style..

Hey, did you login? The faucet works only when you are logged in, otherwise the captcha will not show up. If you login, I can provide a few bits to test it. Send me a PM with your username on moneypot so I can send them.

Hi, the design is a basic bootstrap template. Minidice & bitcoinsyndicate use Moneypot's dice script. My site is basically created from the ground up. Anyway, thank you for your comments, I'll look into changing the design soon. Bootstrap was a choice of speed (being responsive and all)

right now i am waiting to hear from Ryan to verify that app than i will make deposit to test this new dice site

This is unneeded because as long as the site is using moneypot API then thats mean the site is fair and the owner of the site could not tamper with the bet result . Also I asked Ryan regarding verification already and this is his answer

Hey, I just verified the domain. The point of the verification, is to make sure they own the domain (e.g. I don't want people pretending to be an existing site) rather than I'm partnered with them in any way.

EDIT : for those looking for this site on moneypot https://www.moneypot.com/apps/65-coining-a-dice

@OP : any reason for a self moderated thread? Basically if you are using moneypot API then you wont have to worry about people saying that it is not fair here

Yes i am login there but the faucet is not functional there

Faucet is functional in every moneypot's site ( just tested them on all the other site as well ) . Have you tried claiming the faucet in the other sites to test if it is funtional? If you still have problem in claiming it at the other site that means you share an IP with the other user because the faucet is limited to 1 IP per 5 minutes so that the faucet wont be abuse

The faucet is working for some, and not working for some others. I am looking into it.
I've checked it from 2 different browsers, just now, and it works great for me.

Yes, the stats are loaded once you enter the page. I'm working on it, this wasn't intended to go on this release, but it got there accidentally  :D
If you reload the page, you'll see your stats. I will finish this within a few hours, and I should be more careful on which file I upload  :)

Auto betting will be added at a later point, I'll update the first post with more info as soon as I have it planned!

1% house edge is standard and accepted happily house edge by the players ,which is being charged by most high standard and well known sites. This is quite reasonable house edge for any site to keep the site running and paying the staff etc. What I can hope now is keeping this 1% house edge OP will start some promotional campaign to make it successful site.

The site's edge is 1%, and I do not plan on increasing it anytime soon.

The chat has been fixed. You may have to clear your cache and reload the page. Please send me your username in moneypot, I want to send you some bits as a gift for reporting this bug!

I am semiworking on the Jackpot. It will probably be ready in the weekend, along with "All Bets".
"High Rollers" is low on my priority list, and Auto Bet will probably be added in early July.

How much exactly can you earn from coinin.ga faucet? I couldn't find that info anywhere. It would not let me see this unless I register which I can't do atm.

How much exactly can you earn from coinin.ga faucet?

It is actually moneypot's faucet and it is 2 bits which is claimable every 5 minutes, best thing is that you dont need a zero balance to claim the faucet

@OP : any reason for a self moderated thread? Basically if you are using moneypot API then you wont have to worry about people saying that it is not fair here

I clicked self-moderated by mistake while creating the thread, and it seems like I can't change it...

You cant change it unfortunately. I would suggest to start a new thread rather than using a self moderation thread because there is a tendency that the owner of a self moderation thread doesnt like to be criticize and it is a bad publicity imo

Auto Bet will probably be added in early July.

Autobet feature shouldnt be hard to code and it should be on top priority list. To be honest dice sites are boring because it only needs 1 click to know wether you win or lose, therefore an auotbet feature would help players rather than rolling manually for hours in the site

Yes, it is 2 bits every 5 minutes using MoneyPot. You can claim, whatever balance you have.

As for the self-moderated thread, once it is out of beta, I'll start a new thread :)

Yes, Autobet isn't hard, so I will start coding it now.

Of course you can login with moneypot account, because this site is using Moneypot's API.
And yeah, I think this is the best theme among other dice sites that just launched today. At least they try to make it a little bit different and did not just copy paste Dan's script :)

I am using MoneyPot to handle all financial stuff. It's safer both for me and for the visitors, as I do not handle anything with bitcoins, I'm just giving you a place to play.

Thank you for your good words. When everything is in place (autobet, high rollers, all bets, jackpot etc), it will look like a unique dice site.
The reason it looks a little bit like Dan's script, is that both his and my script are using Bootstrap.

Thank you everyone for visiting & playing on Coining A Dice (https://coinin.ga/). I'm really thankful for all your suggestions and the time you spend on my site!
Once I have a couple more things ready, I will start doing some giveaways. Until then, keep playing. The more Bits you play, the more I can spend on giveaways!

  • Fixed a bug when trying to login directly from MoneyPot listing page
  • The AutoBet system is almost ready. There are some bugs I need to solve, and then it will go live, probably this Friday.

Could you have made the orange any brighter? This almost hurts my eyes.  8)

You might want to take a look at https://betterbets.io (https://betterbets.io) ... they also use bootstrap (and they're also affiliated with MoneyPot) but have achieved quite an elegant and distinctive look. It was probably a lot of work to tweak bootstrap to look like this, but the result is very nice. My impression is that you have a nice basic site, but you should really work on your layout/presentation; right now you're using a style which is very close to the default bootstrap look/buttons and if recent trends are an indication, there will soon be a great number of such sites all of which will look very similar.

Just my 2cents.

I'm not working for MoneyPot. I am using their API, so I guess that makes me a partner.

Anyway, here is a preview from the next update:

Well,at least it looks you are working in your site, but it needs many more features and marketing to make it competitive

good to see the moneypot api being used more; also the above screenshot is realy nice, organizes all the information into an neat, easy to see format. I dont play dice often anymore, but hope this site develops well.

Thank you for your comments :)

Please make sure you do SEE the actual site, even though there is a "Faucet" tab in the screenshots, if you entered the site you would see that there are both a chat and a faucet :)

Later today, I will be uploading the updated version. Not sure when, because I need to make some more changes, bug fixes and tweaks. Thank you all

lack of chat,faucet...

there are a chat

-snip-

It seems due to the latest update that pushes the chatbox into minimize mode by default people will tend not to notice it (happened to me)

If I could give a suggestion, I would say that you need a dependant BET ID for your site ( starts from 1 ) instead of using moneypot's BET ID because the BET ID is a compilation of all bets for all moneypot's game .

It might be confusing for some people and also that using a dependant bet ID for your site will help you in keeping tracks on how many rolls per day without taking alook at moneypot' status though

I got this error after 1 bet in your site

P.S : dont know what caused it and it happened after Im trying to roll another one (few minutes ago)

Code:
Last bet info:

An error occurred contacting the betting server.
Please reload the page, or contact support.

I might have to change the chat then, and put it in a tab or something. I'll look into it after today's update.

Yes, I have this planned, and is high on my to-do list. This will help with the "All Bets" and "High Rollers" tab.

Hmm, I though I fixed that, but it seems I broke it again. This happens when you bet too fast (it takes ~150-200ms for a user to get a new hash after placing a bet) and the system didn't get a new hash from MoneyPot in time with your next click. The buttons are supposed to be disabled until you get the new hash, but they aren't for some reason. I've put this as a high priority for today's update.

BetterBets.io isn't affiliates with MoneyPot. And neither is CoingaDice

Just to clarify: https://betterbets.io (https://betterbets.io) is a MoneyPot partner who uses the MoneyPot infrastructure to resolve bets using their provably fair infrastructure. Maybe the word "affiliate" was not quite the right word for our relationship with MoneyPot.com, but we are using their services and infrastructure to power our site.

I believe the same goes for CoiningADice but I'll let them speak for themselves.

As of a few minutes ago, the new update is live. Changelog (also added on first post) :
  • Added Autobet (warning: it was tested, but it may bug out. please report any bugs as soon as possible)
  • Fixed an error where you could place a bet before receiving the results of previous bet and a new hash.
  • Re-organized betting area with headers and etc
  • Clicking on the "Bitcoin talk Forum" button will now work on guests

Plans for the next version:
  • Keyboard shortcuts
  • Show all bets tab
  • Move chat to a tab
  • Tip other users
  • Random tipping of players while betting (aka Rainbot)
  • Move "support" tab as floating element

A very early ETA is Saturday, as the "All Bets" tab requires a relatively great amount of work, and keyboard shortcuts require lots of time.
If something is ready earlier, I may release it, but I'd like to keep that to a minimum.

I will be giving out small tips to players of Coining A Dice for the next hour or so.
To qualify, just place at least a 1 bit bet (the minimum) by claiming the faucet, and send a message in the chat!

But the faucet is only for registred user? When i click to faucet i read "No bits? No worry. Get 2 bits every 5 minutes here!" but don't have any botton or other to click.

Ps. why the chat open in automatic when open a site?

The faucet is to play in the site. You can't claim it without logging in. After logging in and claiming, you can do anything you want with it.
Bet it, withdraw it, etc. You only need a MoneyPot account.

The chat opens by default when you open the site. Do you get any errors?

Yap, to claim the faucet you need to login with your moneypot account. When you logged in, you will see there is recaptcha under the "No bits? No worry. Get 2 bits every 5 minutes here!"
Regarding the the chat, as I know its opened automatically by default...but I think it is not an annoying thing since you can minimize it as you wish.

Currency & Faucet are managed by MoneyPot, so I can't change it. I am giving away random amounts of μBTC if they use the chat, but I will consider to allow smaller bets than 1μBTC

As for the chat, I will move it to use it's own tab soon. Until then, you can minimize it.

Couldn't agree more. Why not BYOC?

I am happy to announce that Coining A Dice was moved to a bigger and more powerful server! Here is the changelog:

The next version will be uploaded in the next 3 days and will include:
  • All bets tab!
  • High rollers
  • Permanent "My Bets" tab

If you played before my post, I fixed some bugs which you may have noticed. I have sent you some bits to compensate you for this.

New update just went live!

  • Added "All Bets" tab
  • Added "High Rollers" tab
  • Fixed a bug where the user was greeted with an "Invalid authid" error message. If you are affected, please logout from the site, and login again.
  • Various other small bugfixes

All Bets/High Rollers are empty right now, but they will get populated as you play.

To celebrate this update, Coining A Dice (https://coinin.ga/) will be hosting a giveaway, shortly after the announcement of the current giveaway's winners!

Thank you very much! I want to see how stable the site is right now with all the additions and changes at the core. After that, the affiliate system will be added at some point, but I must make it in such way that it is profitable enough for someone to use it, and still keep enough for me to make it worth it for me to keep developing it.

I am planning to add some other games as well as some financial info (such as profits, expenses, tips sent from/received by the admins, etc) to make it more transparent in the future, so stay tuned!

We have just pushed a big update to Coining A Dice (https://coinin.ga)!

Please note: You may have to clear your cache and re-login for some of the updates to work (namely, the Autobet)

We will create an affiliate system soon, and after that we will start developing our second game!

*This may have some unintended side effects on the "Round Limit" and "Multiply on Win/Loss" functions, but I'll be monitoring it. You should report a bug in this case.

We have pushed a minor update, mostly engine fixes & changes.

Don't forget to check out our latest giveaway for new users (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1105247), or just pay us a visit (https://coinin.ga)!

Our current jackpot is 428 bits, and waiting to be awarded to the player of the bet number 27000 (less than 500 bets away from that).

We have pushed a small update to our autobet engine last night.

  • Fixed autobet, which would not start if balance was less than 1 bit
  • Autobet multiplier on win/loss, can now DECREASE your bet amount if you set the Multiply on loss/win options to 0.xx values. Using 0 as a value will still return you to the base bet.

We have also launched a new contest. Read the announcement here (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1117844.0).
