how is that a scam? because you lost 1 roll? i suggest you never gamble again if you cannot handle losing. it will lead to you being angry at every site

Yeah probably not the best career move :) you will lose a lot more than you win that's for sure.

I see what you mean now, you had bet greater than > 50 and the roll was 85 which is a win and it gave you a loss.  That sucks, think you may be right with this being a scam

Sorry about that, I just gave it a quick scan without looking at it properly!
Cheers for the warning.

oh i was rreading that as less than 50.5. well you should be able to message support and they can check the roll and should refund you. if customer service doesnt help then id continue on with a scam accusation here to stop players from gambling there

As you can see on the image..he bet on over 50.5 and he rolled 85.78..means that it should be a winning bet not a lossing bet.
I think thats why he say its a scam..

P.S : Perhaps it is a bug on the site....so I think it is better for OP to contact their support.

Majority of players dont look at the output of roll. They just see the result. Good thing you point it out OP. Better to send support ticket from them and this is a big report. Hope you'll have your refund.

Okay I sent them a message now. Also, that's mBTC not BTC :P. I would never bet that much. Anyways, the money doesn't matters, I just want the winnings I deserve (50mBTC).

Whatever the value it's still unfair and this is really a big matter. Shoot us their response here in your thread if they answer.

Still no reply from the support, their chat is never online even though they say it is "8:00AM - 5:00PM ET", they don't have a valid Facebook page. I think it's pretty much settled I won't get my money back. Sad.

Have you tried to contact their twitter account https://twitter.com/CoinbetAG , but this account is not really active tweeting their site (only 4 tweets so far)
It's weird that they dont have a good service supports because the claim that "Members of the founding team bring over 16 years of online gaming experience including members of the WPN and Betcoin.ag to Coinbet.ag."
Perhaps you need to ask betcoin.ag regarding your issue.

That's the only bet I've done, deposited 25mBTC and all-in on 2x. I contacted the forum profile too but still no answer.

It seems you are not the only one that got this error . I found this image at the thread and this guys is losing alot than you because of this bug. It seems that he does not receive any reply for this too. I think they are affiliated to betcoin.ag but this is very not professional

Almost 10days have passed after the time you posted your concern. You didn't get your refund  but are they able to respond in your concern? Like receiving emails etc. from them.

All I received was a PM in which the admin said the bets evened themselves. But the problem is I only placed 1 bet which was wrongfully validated, I don't care about other users. So for now, it is a scam.

LOL, he rolled over 50.5 and got over 50.5, but the system said he lost the bet, that's why he was angry, next time your should read the picture first and then post dude.  ;)

And you are angrier than OP, what I can from your post.   ;D

Well look like it's time to put it in your untrusted list. Still be thankful cause you not lost a big fish.
