A modern and simple logo design is needed to reflect mainstream market appeal - offering 0.5 Btc for the chosen design.

It's very nice thank you but not too practical for the website.
Also, I don't want to give too much feedback so early on as I want to see some wide variation from a few of the talented designers here.

You're looking for a modern and simple logo design to reflect mainstream market appeal, that's why I designed one logo oriented to what you need.

Before the previews and mockups, let's highlight some aspects:
- Minimal font used to show it as modern logo.
- Orange and yellow colors to be similar than the ones that you have on your website (http://bitcoinchat.com).
- Arrows rounding the BTC logo. Meaning (send-receive, exchanging messages between users).

To answer some of your questions: 

- The Bitcoin is now in Escrow (sent this morning).
- Yes, you can submit more than one design.
- I'll resize after for web use so don't worry about dimensions. Just keep in mind that it has to go in a banner shaped header.

the Arrow sign mostly shown its like exchanger or trade.

I understand what you mean with your comment, but keep in mind that the arrows could fit with lots of ideas and services. e.g: chats, file uploading services, exchanges and many many more...
Specifically what you do while you chat is exchange messages  :) definitely, it's a multi-purpose chat.

Simple, understandable at a glance, and most importantly: beautiful and modern ;)

I also forgot to mention this logo scales really well. The logo is clear as a small icon in the tab bar of your browser, which is an important factor to consider for a website that wants to look professional and give the best possible user experience to their viewers.

Description of design

- We can find two characters in the logo, BTC and letter "C". It means initial of the website name, BitcoinChat.

- The design describes a globe, miniature of Earth, with motto "connecting our world". It means the website was made to connecting all people in Earth by chat.
