The minimum you can take out a loan on is 0.001 BTC The Maximum Loan you can take its 1 BTC You Most ALWAYS have a Collateral greater then the loan. i accept various Crypto Currencies as Collateral, But nothing else. if a loan would be Late! without noting me then the interest will gain 5% after the second day 10%. Third day 10%. after that i will sell your Collateral. In your case the account can't be sold for anything, so is not valid. If as you say you have got a good reputation on Betcoin forums you should try there to get a loan.
