If someone creates such service, similar services(private monetary tokens) like airtelmoney (http://www.airtelmoney.in),ItzCash (https://www.itzcash.com/) will get serious competition and there may be chances of getting our own version of btc-e directly accepting SBI debit cards,debit cards and NEFT (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NEFT#National_electronic_fund_transfer)fund transfers.
