Just now I checked the Skype, He has removed me from the Skype. However, I am hardly surprised at all. Newbie to Newbie deals almost invariably ends with a scam. You may have avoided this by reading first the sticky tips, here (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=119896.msg1291483#msg1291483). (All I see here is for the BTC stuff) well you should've mentioned that you used paypal in the op. given that paypal's policies for digital items are garbage, there's about a 99% chance that the chargeback will be successful, just make sure to mention you did not get what you paid for. paypal sucks.
