Title: Didn't file claim with MtGox am i screwed now? Post by: TalkingBit on June 19, 2015, 11:30:52 AM So title says it all, i had some BTC frozen with Gox and i stopped following BTC for some time. For some reason thought the deadline was in June only to find out that i missed it by a month. Do i have any options to claim them now or am i too late and lost them forever?

Did you try contacting them / claiming it? If not: do it ASAP Guess op has nothing to loose by contacting them, but even then; what are the chances of getting funds back ? Did anyone receive Gox funds after filing claim? Doubt they can reimburst everyone, when they are in such a loss, hence i didn't even try, but didn't have any considerable amount there. cheers Title: Re: Didn't file claim with MtGox am i screwed now? I guess it all boils down to personal choice based on how much is at stake for each one, and how much one likes to dream.
