So what does makes those Trading,Exchange platforms valuable ? I've seen somone buying Virowx account for about 50$ and I saw a lot of people buying LocalBitcoins and most of all why they want to buy them without ID verification on them ? isn't ID veritication makes the account more valuable and trusted so you do transaction ?  :-\ [ How much does it costs too ]
Note that I never used those services (but I have accounts) I may start using them if they are valuable so I sell them and make some profit.

virwos was basically the first to introduce payment with paypal, so it has some vallue there despite the horrendous fee

and localbitcoin is very well know as a good way to exchange your bitcoin, in any part of the world, you could also meet up some users in real life there

The thing is why is people buying those accounts, to do what? Probably to scam, i mean theres not many other reasons you can think and i have seen people buying them for over 100$ depending on their trading status and feedback.

So basically they have no value in reality or what ? They just buy them to scam other people ?? that's why they pay so much for them ?!!

Yes as far as i know their value comes from their possibility to scam xD i mean unless you really are honest and you need an account with feedback to trade faster but i see that option unlikely, its like here, why green trust accounts sell for more? I mean what other benefit is there to have a green trust account than to scam

Not so sure about Localbitcoins (probably used to scam) but Virwox has limits on new accounts so that might be a reason for buying an older account there. I wouldn't have thought you'd get that much much money for them, suppose it depends on how old there are, amount of feedback etc

People buy localbitcoins accounts because ones with trade and reputation already makes it easier to buy and sell Bitcoin. It is similar to account trading on this forum, it seems like you are more reputable than you actually are. With those accounts, it is easier to buy and sell using more risky methods such as Paypal without having to do several hundreds of dollars in trades beforehand. A lot of times though, localbitcoins accounts are probably for scamming people.

Virwox makes it easier to buy and sell Bitcoin with paypal and credit cards, but with massive fees. With buying those accounts, the limits are higher than new accounts and the first buy doesn't need to wait 48 hours before the withdrawal will go through.

Indeed , I just googled a little bit and found some results on Virwox accounts , seems like there is some leveling system for limits for how much you can deposit and withraw and with what methods .

It is illegal to be using someone else's ID. I guess they don't want to get in any legal trouble if they use the account for legitimate purposes.

If you have an "old" virwox you also increase your level of deposit per month , the beginner level is (correct me if i am wrong) 88$ per day and a max of 240$ per month

But if they find out that you sold your account (ip or country change) or whatever they will ban it and belive me or not they will KEEP the funds in the account

VirWox is allowing people to trade bitcoins for paypal money via proxy, but it's still in the same place so it's somewhat convenient. You'd have to convert bitcoin to SL money and then bitcoins. Bitcoin deposits there also take about a hour to be credited. But still not super bad considering that this is probably the only way to trade btc for paypal without having to interact with other parties and go through the risk of refounds.

Scamming is one option that the buyers have in mind.  Another thing for localbitcoin accounts is that reputable accounts will get their ad listed on the front page, which will attract for customers and generate faster profits, I guess.
