I do not have a verifiable OTC account at this time nor an Ebay account. I've done business with Rassah on here. He will probably vouch for me.

I can assure you that even if my endeavor fails, I will pay you out of pocket.

I did borrow 1000 BTC from Theymos a year or so ago but I have no verifiable record of it. I returned that in full plus interest.

there have been account takeovers where a transaction is made without verifying the identity of the forum user.  that's one thing bitcoin-otc gpg authentication is good for to prevent that.  obviously, starting now with a new account doesn't help verify this is the same atlas that had the previous loans, but this will build a trust history going forward.

Well, many would be happy to verify the writing style and political stances on this account as the true Atlas.

However, I fully understand the perceived uncertainty in this case.
