No, probably not. Paypal rarely investigate and normally side with the buyer. Think it's even automatic in some cases. I'd either avoid using Paypal or just take the hit when this happens as it will happen. At least you wont owe paypal money then. It will work but you obviously wont be able to verify the account at your home address or whatever otherwise they'll still come after you for the money.
