You can always make a deposit and track it and see where it ends up however it since its a small deposit it will most likely end up in a hot wallet unless you deposit like 50 BTC. That is just for solvency proof and moneypot is taking investment as well. Currently investment is around 150 btc and the cold wallet hold 400 btc so you have no worry of being not able to withdraw your investment.
